Do the quoted prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current standard UK rate.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we believe you should be able to purchase as little or as much as you wish.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £2.95 flat rate for all UK orders, this delivery rate is for standard 2nd Class Royal Mail. If you wish to upgrade to 1st Class Royal Mail then the flat rate price is £3.95
When will you ship my order?
If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday then it will be shipped the same day by the selected postal service. If you order at the weekend (3pm Friday onwards) then your order will be shipped Monday.
How do you pack & protect my order?
All orders are carefully wrapped and packed. Most orders are packed into a sturdy cardboard box to ensure that the risk of any damage is at an absolute minimum. Smaller or more rigid items are normally sent in a padded mailer.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically, a standard post order wil take between 2 and 5 days from ordering to arrive. If you select 1st class post then this time will typically be shortened to around 1 to 3 working days. These are guideline times only from Royal Mail.
What if I am unhappy with an item?
If you are not happy with the item, you have ordered an item in error or your item is damaged then please return to:

How do you collect internet payments?
All payments are processed securely through Protx & RBS Streamline. Protx is one of the UKs largest payment providers and uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL pages to securely encrypt your data and process your payment. Can I order over the phone or by post?
If you wish to place an order through the post then please enclose your order with your name, address and telephone number. Cheques should be made payable to TDW Commerce Limited.
