How To Order

Ordering Online.
Ordering online is the simplest and most useful way of shopping for light bulbs. There are several ways to navigate to your product, firstly you can use the left hand menu or pictoral menus on the home page to browse through the various sections. You can use the quick search box on the top right or you can use our bulb finder which will filter down your light bulbs until you get the light bulb you require.

When you have found your product, simply pick the correct variant and quantity and then add to your basket. You can view your basket at any time by looking in your shopping basket on the right hand side. When you have finished, you can head to your basket where you will be able to checkout.

Our payment system is fast and secure. Simply enter your email address, create a password and your delivery address details. Then you will enter your card information on the secure pages provided by Protx (one of the largest payment gateways in the UK).

When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be able to log-in to the website to view your order status, previous orders and you will also be able to name the light bulbs in your order (eg: 'bulbs for the living room').

Ordering by Post.
You can mail order by sending your order details, name and address with a cheque for the total amount made payable to TDW Commerce. When your payment has been received, your order will be posted out to you.
