Delivery Information

Order and Delivery
If you order before 3pm on a weekday we will send your order out the same day. If you order at the weekend then we will send your order on the Monday.

The flat rate postage of £2.95 covers any size of order and will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. You will have the option to upgrade your postage to 1st Class Post when checking out - this is a flat rate of £3.95.

For very large or expensive orders we may send your order by courier, this will mean that your order will require a signature on delivery.

Packaging
Your order will be neatly packaged and well protected inside an envirolights cardboard box. This ensures that all your light bulbs get to you in pristine condition. Due to the size of the orders, you will need to be available at the delivery address you submit when you checkout - please bare this in mind.

Delivery Times
2nd Class Royal Mail takes between 2 and 5 working days to arrive.
1st Class Royal Mail takes between 1 and 3 working days to arrive.

These times are guidelines only, however, as stated on the Royal Mail website - you must allow 15 days for a parcel to arrive from date of order for it to be deemed as lost. In the meantime you may want to check with your local sorting office. We will be unable to deal with late delivery queries until this time period has passed.
