Damaged items

If your order arrives and any part of your order is damaged then please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Then return the item to us with a note attached and we will exchange your item.

Incorrect Items

If your order arrives and it is different to what you ordered then please return to us and we will exchange upon receipt and inspection.

Incorrectly Ordered Items

If you order in error then you can return the order to us for an exchange - you must do this immediately upon receipt and you are also required to cover all further postage costs.
